PLACING AN ORDER Q: Where does Shopmcdermottcue.com accept orders from? A: We are able to accept orders from most countries in the world. Shopmcdermottcue.com, a US corporation, ships to over 142 countries worldwide. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS while all international orders are shipped via DHL. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges and taxes imposed by your local government. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.

PAYMENT OPTIONS Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? A: Shopmcdermottcue.com accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please note: Shopmcdermottcue.com no longer accepts credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. Shopmcdermottcue.com also does not accept American Express Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, or MasterCard Gift Cards.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION ON YOUR ORDER Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed? A: If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER Q: How do I cancel an order once it is placed? A: If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, please refuse the shipment upon receipt and it will be returned to Shopmcdermottcue.com. You will receive a refund after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

SHIPPING RATES / OPTIONS Q: What shipping options are available? A: Orders from Shopmcdermottcue.com are shipped via UPS using the following rate scale:
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska Are subject to an additional $15 shipping charge
Orders Outside the United States are subject to an additional $15 shipping charge.
All orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin will be subject to applicable sales tax.
Q: When is my order shipped? A: Many cues are available in 1 week or less. Inlay cues are built one at a time by hand, so please expect 2 to 4 weeks shipping on these. As we build it just for you, you will find it well worth the wait!
Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box? A: No. We can no longer ship to P.O. Boxes. However, orders shipped to A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS Ground.
Q: Can I ship any where in the world? A: We ship to 142 countries worldwide. Shipping quotes are sent, via email, after your order in placed. Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and duties of the country the order is shipped to. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.
Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses? A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1-800-666-2283, ext 121.
