RETURNING SHOPMCDERMOTTCUE.COM ORDERS
Q: What is Shopmcdermottcue.com's Return Policy? 
A: Shopmcdermottcue.com gladly accepts the return of merchandise purchased from Shopmcdermottcue.com for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Any cue returned must be unchalked. If it is chalked and gently used, we will issue a credit for 85% of the full value.

Please include a note or letter containing the following information:

  • Your name, address, and email address
  • Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
  • A list the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)

Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.


EXCHANGE
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Unused items may be sent back for credit on new items (less the shipping charges). You have up to 30 days to return the item in the original packaging.


DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Q: What is your policy on damaged or defective goods?
A: Returned products are inspected by our Quality Control Department and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect. Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective product. We'll replace your McDermott product with the same type of product of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for exchanged within 30 days, unused, in the original packaging.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original merchandise is returned to you. We do not replace merchandise:

  • Obtained from a source other than an authorized McDermott dealer
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended use of the product
